We leverage TeamBuildr, our advanced programming software, giving you full access to your personalized plan anytime, anywhere. Sessions last a minimum of 1 hour, with flexibility to extend based on the day’s programming needs. FERNANDO BELTRAN

OWNER OF REACH PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Fernando Beltran is the Owner and Director of Performance at Reach Performance LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from North Park University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. With nearly a decade of professional strength and conditioning experience, he has worked across NCAA Division I & III, NAIA, high school, and professional levels. His expertise spans multiple sports, including football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and golf.

Previously, Fernando served as a strength and conditioning coach at Florida Memorial University before relocating to Dallas, Texas, where he now operates Reach Performance. He specializes in speed and power development, sports performance, and strengt training, utilizing science-driven methods combined with practical application to maximize athletic potential. His training philosophy emphasizes efficiency, biomechanics, and speed development to help athletes perform at their peak.

Fernando has trained hundreds of college and professional athletes, including those in MLB, NFL, and NBA, as well as youth and adult athletes. He is committed to continuing education in integrative health, functional movement, and tactical strength and conditioning to provide cutting-edge training solutions. Passionate about athlete development, he focuses on helping individuals maximize their performance both in and out of the weight room.
